HOW IT WORKS

You send us your details such as your name, email, Discord username, etc.
Some betas are HMD-specific. Some have country restrictions.

All the information collected is necessary for us to pick right participants for each particular beta, we never share it with any third parties.

You accept a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)
The most betas we run are closed betas. When information about unfinished content leaks, it spoils the player experience and damages the company. Therefore, we ask all participants to accept some rules:

Tester participates in the beta on a voluntary basis.

Tester shall take reasonable security precautions to prevent the game from being played by unauthorized individuals.

Tester shall not transfer the game to anyone.

When a new beta testing starts, we select the appropriate participants and send them invitations by email or on Discord
You can add alex.prakhova@joyway.games to your contact list, because sometimes our emails get to the Spam or Promotions tabs.

Also, join Red Flowers Discord server to stay updated.

Testers play new content or test new features, recording their entire gameplay
To record your PC VR gameplay, you can use OBS or any other similar software.

To record your META Quest gameplay, you can download the official META mobile app:

iOS
And then stream your gameplay from your HMD to your phone and record it by capturing your phone's screen.

Testers send us their footage and feedback before a deadline
A testing period usually lasts 3-5 days and usually we run betas on weekends.

Your footage can be uploaded to Google Drive, Dropbox or YouTube (unlisted, link-only access).

We will also ask you to fill out a small feedback form.

Keep playing the game for some extra time. Take part in future beta if you want to.
We usually withdraw beta invitations within the next 5-7 days after the end of beta testing. Until then, you can continue to enjoy the game for free!

Anyone who meets the requirements and deadlines will be invited to participate in future beta tests.
